Jades mini Wedding cake

Jade at my work is going off to get married this Friday. We decided to have a little celebratory lunch with a little cake to celebrate.

i made this really special its a white chocolate, vanilla and strawberry swirl cake with sugar paste icing and sugar paste roses.

Tom and Juliets Engagement Cake

So this is the wonderful and amazingly cute Owl cake.

I think that this has been the most enjoyable cake for me to make in the past year as it made me learn to make Owls from icing :D

Kirsty and Michaels Wedding Cake

mmm so this was my first  attempt at making a gluten free cake. it turned out pretty well i think.

I did all the scroll work on the side as well as the flowers. All in all it was a very fun cake to make.
