This cake I made for Jezz for his 32nd birthday.
He absolutely loves blues clues and I secretly brought a tin online and created this cake as a surprise birthday pressie for him.
It was the first cake in a long time that I used royal icing and flooding rather than the normal fondant icing. It is my fave white choc and caramel mud cake.
