This cake was for my Dad's 60th Birthday.
It is a chocolate devils food cake covered in dark and white chocolate.
I originally started piping the outline of the ship onto the cake and then my piping bag broke and I ended up with just a massive blob of white chocolate on the top of the cake.
Then I decided that it would just be easier to cut away the excess white chocolate from the top of the cake and carve the shape of the Ship out of the chocolate.
It was very successful in the end.
